THE AURA

The aura is a multi-layered luminous field of energy surrounding and interpenetrating the physical body. For most people it is roughly a metre in size. It is often multicoloured and appears like an inverted egg. The colours contained within the aura are influenced by the persons mental, emotional and physical tendencies and state.

For example, an aura predominantly yellow in colour may indicate an intellectually-oriented person, shades of blue or violet may point to spiritual inclination, orange may indicate enthusiasm and ambition, bright red or crimson may reveal love and passion. Darker, greyish, muddy-brown or lurid shades may indicate lower tendencies and inclinations such as hatred, jealousy, and so on.

The state of the Aura and the energy contained within it affect our health and well being. For those who have had pet fish, you may know very well what happens to the fish if you neglect to change the water regularly. Over time, the water becomes polluted and the fish become sick. The Aura is our own personal fish bowl. If we pollute it with negative thoughts and lower emotions, unhealthy foods, stress and other factors, our health and well being become affected.
